改良穴位注射技术治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的临床评价

Clinical Evaluation of Improved Acupoint Injection Therapy for Diabetic Retinopathy

目的:改良穴位注射技术治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的临床评价。方法:本研究将50例患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用改良穴位注射疗法、对照组采用传统穴位注射疗法,进行疗效对比。结果:治疗后在视力、眼底情况改变方面治疗组与对照组相比有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。在疼痛及不良反发生方面,治疗组亦优于对照组。结论:改良后的穴位注射法不仅减轻了患者治疗过程中的疼痛、减少球后出血等不良反应的发生。且疗效优于传统的穴位注射法。

Objective ： The clinical evaluation of improved acupoint injection technique for treating diabetic retinopathy was made. Methods ：50 patients were divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group was given modi- fied aeupoint injection therapy, the control group was treated by traditional acupoint injection therapy. The efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. Results： After treatment, sight and fundus changes in treatment group was significantly different compared with control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Pain and bad inverse in treatment aTOUO was also sunerior to that in controlgroup. Conclusion： Improved acupoint injection not only relieved patients in the process of pain, but reduced retrobulbar bleeding and other adverse reactions. And the curative effect is better than that of traditional acupoint injections.
