中药欢乐宁方口服联合足浴治疗心肾不交型围绝经期综合征临床研究

Clinical Research on Huanle'ning Recipe Combined with Foot Bath Treatment for Syndrome of Disharmony between Heart and Kidney of Menopausal Transition Syndrome

目的:观察欢乐宁方治疗心肾不交型围绝经期综合征的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将150例患者随机分5组,欢乐宁方口服联合足浴治疗组、欢乐宁方口服组、欢乐宁方足浴组、更年安片组、空白对照组各30例。3个月为1个疗程,比较治疗前后症状改善情况、血清性激素变化情况等。结果:欢乐宁方口服联合足浴组治疗前后总症状Kupperman评分比较及治疗前后单个症状积分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:欢乐宁方口服联合足浴治疗心肾不交型围绝经期综合征疗效可靠,临床安全性高。

Objective：To observe clinical effectiveness and safety of Huanle＇ning Recipe treating syndrome of disharmony between heart and kidney of menopausal transition syndrome.Methods：150 cases were randomly divided into five groups：Huanle＇ning Recipe oral administration combined with foot bath treatment group（30 cases）,Huanle＇ning Recipe oral administration group（30 cases）,Huanle＇ning Recipe foot bath group（30 cases）,Gengnian＇an Tablet group（30 cases）,Control group（30 cases）.3 months was a treatment course and symptoms conditions,serum sex hormones variation and other conditions were compared before and after the treatment.Results：The kupperman score and total symptoms of Huanle＇ning Recipe oral administration combined with foot bath group before and after treatment were statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Huanle＇ning Recipe oral administration combined with foot bath treatment has reliable clinical curative effect and safety for treating menopausal transition syndrome which is syndrome of disharmony between heart and kidney.
