深刺内大迎穴治疗中风后吞咽困难的疗效观察

Clinical Study of Needling Neidaying Deeply for Treating Post-stroke Dysphagia

目的:观察深刺内大迎穴治疗中风后吞咽困难的疗效。方法:将60例中风后吞咽困难的患者随机分组,治疗组30例,对照组30例,在"醒脑开窍"针刺法的基础上,治疗组采用深刺内大迎穴,对照组采用金津、玉液点刺放血,4周后通过洼田饮水试验的评分来进行疗效评定。结果:对照组有效率66.67%,治疗组有效率86.67%。统计结果表明,治疗组与对照组疗效存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:深刺内大迎治疗中风后吞咽困难的疗效肯定,明显优于传统针刺组,提高了中风患者的生活质量。

Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effect of needling Neidaying deeply to treat post - stroke dysphagia. Methods ： Sixty post - stroke dysphagia patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group. The former were treated by needling Neidaying deeply,while the latter were treated by needling Jinjin and Yuye to cause bleeding. Their therapeutic effects were compared by the scores of function of dysphagia after four weeks by test of drinking water. Results ：1. The effective rate was 66.67% in the control group versus 86.67% in the treatment group,with a significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. 2. There was a significant difference between the two groups about the im- provement degree of the function of dysphagia. Conclusions ：The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control zroup on treatment for post - stroke dvspha^ia. This method can improve the function of d,cspha^ia.
