摘要
目的:观察五苓散对腹泻模型大鼠体重及血清、尿渗透压的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、腹泻模型组、氢氯噻嗪组、口服盐液组、五苓散低、中、高剂量组7组,观察大鼠腹泻状态、测体重等。分别于第4天上午、第7天上午收集大鼠尿液、血液。采用冰点法检测血清渗透压、尿渗透压。结果:正常组大鼠体重在实验期间继续增长,模型组体重增长下降,口服盐液组体重继续增长但低于正常组、高于其他组,氢氯噻嗪组和五苓散各剂量组体重停止增长或体重下降,各组大鼠血清渗透压实验前后没有明显变化,模型组和口服盐液组尿渗透压下降。结论:3.6g/kg番泻叶浸液灌胃可致大鼠腹泻、体重增长下降,尿渗透压降低;口服盐液有利于腹泻模型大鼠维持体重增长;5.4g/kg五苓散灌胃显示止泻作用,但五苓散和氢氯噻嗪的利尿作用不利于腹泻模型大鼠体重增长,应用时亦注意补充水液。
Objective : To study the effect of Wu Ling San-prescription of traditional Chinese medical -on body weight and osmotic pressure of blood serum and urine in rat model of diarrhea induced by senna leaf. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into 7 groups: normal control group, model of diarrhea group, Hydrochlorothiaxide group, oral rehydration salts (ORS) group, Wu Ling San low-dose, moderate-dose, high-dose group. Except normal control group, all rats were given by gastrogavage once a day in every day morning with senna leaf liquid (20ml/kg, 3.6g/kg) to establish rat model of diarrhea and different treat were given in the afternoon. After observing the rat' s general situation, faces appearance and measuring the body weight every day, we take the blood and urine of rats at 4d and 7d. Test osmotic pressure of blood serum and urine with cryoscopy method. Results: The body weight of rats in normal control group increased during the experiment, decreased in model of diarrhea group, increased in OSR group, but Body weight of OSR group is lower then normal control group. Body weight of rats in all Wu Ling San group and Hydrochlorothiaxide group decreased or not increase . The osmotic pressure of blood serum changed no significant in all group. The osmotic pressure of urine remarkably decreased in model of diarrhea group and OSR group compared with normal control group. Conclusion: senna leaf, 3.6g/kg, given by gastrogavage can make rat remarkably diarrhea, the body weight and osmotic pressure of urine decreased. OSR can supply water and salts, is good for maintain body weight of diarrhea rat keep increase. Wu Ling San, 5.4g/kg, given by gastrogavage to diarrhea rat show stopping diarrhea function. But the diuretic effect of Wu Ling San and Hydrochlorothiaxide is not good to maintain body weight of diarrhea rat keeping increase and may need to supply salt water when use them to treat disease.
