摘要
目的:通过ERP技术,探讨网络成瘾(IAD)个体错误监控功能异常的神经心理机制。方法:以符合陶然等人制定的网络成瘾诊断标准的16例患者作为研究组,与研究组匹配性别、年龄的16例健康人作为对照组。Eriksenflanker任务刺激由5个箭头组成的箭头串为刺激材料。刺激呈现时间为100 ms,随后空屏800 ms作为反应时间。记录被试者执行任务时的脑电图。利用NeroScan软件离线分析Eriksen flanker任务错误反应的ERN波幅,利用SPSS 17.0软件统计分析行为学数据。结果:IAD组反应时(358.51±s 36.35)明显低于对照组(398.24±s 26.95,P<0.05)。重复测量的方差分析表明Eriksen flanker刺激的ERN波幅在组间、反应、反应×电极位点存在主效应(组间:F(1.30)=5.396,P<0.05;反应:F(1.30)=130.384,P<0.05,反应×电极位点:F(1.30)=40.975,P<0.01)。经进一步简单效应分析发现,FZ点的波幅最高。IAD组ERN波幅比对照组低。结论:IAD具有错误监控能力降低的神经心理与ERP的特征,指示IAD可能是一种与错误监控机制相关的疾病。
Objective:To investigate the neuropsychological mechanisms of error processing function of IAD(Internet Addiction Disorder,IAD) individuals through ERP.Methods:Sixteen IAD individuals met TAO’S criteria were enrolled as a research group,and 16 healthy persons with matched gender and age were enrolled as a control group.The stimuli of Eriksen flanker task is an arrow string consisted of five arrows.The stimulus lasted for 100 ms and the subsequent blank screen time was 800 ms,which was recorded as response time.EEG was recorded during the task processing.NeroScan was used to analyze the ERN amplitude of error response of Eriksen flanker task offline and the SPSS 17.0 was used to analyze the behavioral data.Results:In the Eriksen flanker task,the response time of the IAD group(358.51±s 36.35)was significantly shorter than the control group(398.24±s 26.95,P〈0.05).The repeatedly measured variance analysis revealed that the main effects were between groups and response,the interaction effect of response× electrode site,in the ERN amplitude as stimulated by Eriksen flanker task(between group:F(1.30)=5.396,P〈0.05;for response style:F(1.30)=130.384,P〈0.05;for response style×electrode sites:F(1.30)=40.975,P〈0.01),A further simple effect analysis showed that the FZ point has the maximum amplitude.IAD patients showed reduced ERN components compared to the control group.Conclusion:The IAD patients had a neuropsychological characteristic of reduced error monitoring ability and the ERP feature.It is indicated that IAD is possibly a disease related to error monitoring mechanism.
