摘要
随着"十二五"时期江苏沿海开发迈入新阶段,连云港市海洋经济也面临着难得的发展机遇。本文在综合分析连云港市海洋产业发展现状的基础上,提出连云港市应充分发挥比较优势,以培育和发展战略性海洋新兴产业为核心,重点发展海水生态农业、海洋生物工程业、海水综合利用业等八大产业,打造海洋生物产业综合开发试验区、海洋清洁生产示范基地和全国重要的滨海休闲度假区,建成江苏省战略性海洋新兴产业发展示范区,并针对连云港市战略性海洋新兴产业发展阶段,提出加强产业自主创新能力建设、重视配套政策的研究与制定、探索市场为主体的运行机制等相关建议。
During the 12th five-year plan period Jiangsu coastal development entered a new stage, marine economy in Lianyungang City is faced with uncommon opportunities. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the development status of marine industries in Lianyungang City, the article propose the Lianyungang City should give full play to comparative advantages to nurture and develop the sstrategic marine emerging industries as the core, focus on eight industries, such as sea ecological agriculture industry, marine bio-engineering industry, the comprehensive utilization of seawater industry, to create the marine biotechnology industry development experimental zone, marine cleaner production demonstration bases and the country＇s major coastal leisure resort, built a strategic marine emerging industries demonstration zone in Jiangsu Province. For the strategic marine emerging industries development stage in Lianyungang City, it is suggested to strengthen the independent innovation capacity building, emphasis on research and development of supporting policies, and explore the market as the main operating mechanism.
