级配对基层混合料离析影响的理论分析

Theoretical Analysis of Influence of Graduation on Segregation of Mixture of Base Course

针对目前缺乏有效评价与预测基层混合料离析方法的问题,在研究混合料颗粒在离析前后的运动方程的基础上,定义基层混合料离析指数L为集料各筛孔分计筛余与相应尺寸颗粒在离析状态下的相对位移的乘积,同时探讨了离析指数与混合料离析趋势之间的关系。并通过计算4种典型级配的基层混合料的离析指数,分析集料级配对基层混合料离析的影响。结果认为:离析指数完全可以表征不同级配对基层混合料的离析影响;在4类典型级配中,悬浮密实型级配的离析趋势较骨架密实型要小,且悬浮密实型级配中正S型级配的离析趋势最小。

Aiming at the problem that there is no effective method on evaluating and on predicting the segregation of mixture,the motion equations of particles before and after segregation are studied in this paper.The segregation index L is defined as the product of every screen sub-tailing by relative displacement of granule with the same size as every screen on segregation.The relationship between segregation index and segregation tendency of mixture is also discussed in the paper.Otherwise,the influence of graduation on segregation of mixture is analyzed through calculating segregation indexes of 4 kinds classical graduation.The results indicate that the influence of graduation on segregation of mixture canbe attributed by segregation index L;the segregation tendency of suspend-dense structure are smaller than the segregation tendency of stone-to-stone contact structure graduation and the segregation tendency of ＂S＂ like graduation is smallest.
