摘要
在相同的储存时间和温度条件下,对Sasobit掺量为1%~5%的改性沥青进行离析试验;对Sasobit掺量为3%的改性沥青改变储存温度(100℃、120℃、140℃、163℃)和储存时间(1d、2d、3d、5d、7d)进行离析试验,以离析试验后上、下部沥青软化点差为指标,分析Sasobit掺量、储存温度和时间对改性沥青储存稳定性的影响。试验发现不同Sasobit掺量的改性沥青稳定性均较好,Sasobit改性沥青储存稳定性在低温时较高温时稳定,Sasobit改性沥青3d的储存稳定性最好。通过对比不同沥青显微照片,发现Sasobit改性沥青的改性剂分散均匀,较SBS改性沥青和橡胶粉改性沥青具有较好的储存稳定性。
In the same storage time and temperature conditions,segregation tests are carried out for 1% to 5% Sasobit dosage of modified asphalts;Segregation tests are carried out for 3% Sasobit dosage of modified asphalts changing storage temperature(100℃,120℃,140℃,163℃) and storage time(1 d,2 d,3 d,5 d,7 d).Subtraction between the softening point of up part and bottom part is taken as an indicator to analyze Sasobit dosage,storage temperature and time on the storage stability of modified asphalt.Tests found a different Sasobit dosage of modified asphalt storage stability are all good.Storage stability of Sasobit modified asphalts is better at low temperature than high temperature.3 d storage time of Sasobit modified asphalt is best.By comparing the micrographs of different asphalts,Sasobit modifier disperse evenly,Sasobit modified asphalts has good storage stability over SBS modified asphalt and crumb rubber modified asphalt.
