摘要
超常儿童由于其本身的特殊性,在其发展过程中需要特殊的支持。美国一直以来非常重视超常儿童的教育,各级政府通过对超常儿童鉴定、超常儿童服务项目以及超常儿童教育经费等相关方面进行规范与管理,给予了超常儿童教育有力的支持和保障,以达到最大程度上发展超常儿童潜能的终极目标。由于我国超常儿童教育的起步较晚,在支持措施上不够完善,借鉴美国超常儿童教育的相关经验,对我国超常儿童教育有一定的促进作用。
Supemomml children, a special group of children with supemormal potentials, need special sup- port in their education. Much attention is paid to supemormal children' s education in the Untied States, where the Federal and state governments, by making specific regulations on the identification of supernormal children, and their educational services and expenditures, render powerful support to supemormal children' s education so as to maximize the potentials of supernormal children. Supemormal children' s education started late in China, and there are deficiencies in the supporting system. Therefore, using for reference the experience in supemormal children' s education in the U.S. is conducive to the promotion of supemormal children' s education in China.
