摘要
职业素质研究是特殊教育教师研究的重要组成部分。21世纪以来,我国关于特殊教育教师的素质研究主要集中在特殊教育教师素质结构、特殊教育教师知识技能与能力、特殊教育教师职业道德与态度,以及特殊教育教师心理健康、职业倦怠与人格特征等几个方面。笔者在总结以往研究成果的基础上,对现有研究存在的局限和不足进行了概括与分析,并对今后的研究趋势进行了分析。
The study of professional qualities is a significant part of the research into special education. Since the twenty-first century, the research into the qualities of special education teachers has centered on special education teachers' quality structure, knowledge, skills, professional ethics and attitudes, mental health, job burnout, and personality traits. This study, based on the previous researches, analyzes the limitations and insufficiencies involving the current research, as well as the future research trends.
