2007-2011年度广州市白云区产科质量分析

An analysis of the obstetric quality in Bai-yun district from 2007 to 2011

目的对2007-2011年度广州市白云区产科质量相关指标进行分析,客观地反映产科业务水平、学科发展状况,为提高产科服务质量提供依据。方法对2007-2011年度广州市白云区产科质量报表相关指标进行动态分析。结果白云区产妇总数逐年增加,以流动人口产妇数增加为主;高危产妇检出率与剖宫产率居高不下;分娩并发症逐年下降,围产儿死亡率持续降低,产后出血仍是产科的首位并发症,早产、低出生体重、出生缺陷仍是活产儿的主要问题。结论 5年来广州市白云区的产科质量在逐年提高,需要关注的问题有流动人口孕产妇的管理、剖宫产率的有效控制,高危孕产妇的孕期管理、监测,产后出血的防治,早产、低出生体重、出生缺陷的预防,死胎发生率的控制等工作。

Objective According to the analysis of the obstetric quality in Bai-yun district from 2007 to 2011, to reflect the level of obstetric services and academic development objectively, and provide the evidence to improve the level of obstetric services. Methods Dynamic analysis the data of Bai-yun obstetric quality Annual report from 2007 to 2011. Results The total number of pregnant women increased year by year, and mainly in the increase of floating people; The detection rate of the high risk pregnant women and the Cesarean section rate were high; Birth-related complications decreased year by year; Perinatal mortality decreased steadily; Postpartum hemorrhage remained the first Obstetric complication . And premature birth , low birth weight and birth defects were still the main problems of live births. Conclusions In the recent 5 years, obstetric quality in Bai-yun district improved year by year. There are also some problems need to be paid more attention ： the management of pregnant women of floating population must be taken seriously; the high rate of cesarean section need to be effectively controlled; the prenatal management and monitoring of the high risk pregnant women should be further strengthened; the preventions of postpartum hemorrhage, prematurity, low birth weight and birth defects and the control of stillbirth rate should be taken immediately.
