归连胃康方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴癌前病变患者临床研究

Guilian Weikang Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis associated with precancerous lesion

目的研究归连胃康方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴癌前病变疗效观察。方法将180例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。每组各90例。治疗组给予中药归连胃康方,每日2次。对照组给予胃复春口服。两组均以6个月为1疗程,观察两组治疗前后临床症状、胃镜、病理的变化和COX-2在病理组织中的表达。结果治疗组改善临床症状优于胃复春组(P<0.05),治疗组改善胃黏膜组织病理形态,逆转癌前病变效果优于胃复春组(P<0.05)。结论归连胃康方能够改善慢性萎缩性胃炎伴癌前病变患者症状,逆转癌前病变状态。

AIM To observe the effect of Guilian Weikang Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis associated with precancerous lesion.METHODS One hundred and eighty patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,each of ninety cases.The treatment group was treated with Guilian Weikang Decoction twice per day.The control group was treated with Weifuchun Tablet.Six months constituting a therapeutic course,the clinical symptoms were observed with endoscopic,pathologic changes and COX-2 level expression in tissues before and after the treatment.RESULTS The changes of clinical symptoms in the treatment group were better than those of the control group（P0.05）.The treatment group improved gastric mucosal pathologic pattern reversed.The reverse of gastric precancerous lesions was better than that of the Weifuchun group（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Guilian Weikang Decoction is effective in improving in patients with the chronic atrophic gastritis associated with precancerous lesions and reverses the state of precancerous lesions.
