利用纳米生物制药科技力量,重点组织开发有重大推广意义的能带动循环经济发展的纳米生物制药产品,发展重要的战略性新兴产业。充分利用纳米生物制药技术产品替代有毒有害原材料或产品,突破循环经济发展的技术瓶颈。
The important strategic emergent industry will be developed by taking use of the scientific and technological power in nanobiopharmaceuticals. We Should focus on organizing the research and development of nanobiopharmaceutical products which have important significance of being widely generalized and can drive the development of circular economy. Making full use of technological products in nanobiopharmaceuticals to replace toxic and harmful raw materials or products breaks through the technical bottleneck of the circulation economy development.
