基于低碳视野的我国社区规划体系重构与机制探新

A Research on Community Planning System Reconstruction and New Mechanism in China from the Perspective of Low-Carbon

基于我国社区规划的低碳化诉求这一主题,对低碳社区规划理论研究及实践进展进行了梳理,对国内外社区规划发展现状及趋势进行了剖析,从系统层面对社区规划的形式、动因、机制等特质进行解析。进而指出低碳社区规划的框架体系和实施途径应从规划体系、规划流程、规划策略等方面进行发展与完善。

Based on the subject of Chinese low-carbon community planning, this paper reviews important progresses obtained in the research of low-carbon community planning theories and practice efforts. By analyzing present status and trends of development of community planning home and aboard, and exploring forms, impetus and mechanism of community planning according to systematic theory, this paper puts forward that framework and implementation of low-carbon community planning should be developed from ways of planning system, planning process and planning strategies.
