摘要
低碳经济和低碳生活越来越受到专家学者们的关注。文章首先阐明了低碳生活是低碳经济的重要组成部分,然后梳理了国内关于低碳生活研究的相关文献,紧接着以湖北省为例,从能源消费结构不合理、居民的消费状况不乐观、基础设施不能支撑低碳生活等三个方面阐述了湖北省居民践行低碳生活的困境,最后讨论了实现湖北省居民低碳生活的几种途径。
Experts are increasingly concerned about low-carbon economy and low-carbon life. In this paper, the author firstly points that low-carbon life is the important part of the low-carbon economy; secondly reviews the documents on low-carbon life; and then puts forward the dilemma of realization on low-carbon life. Finally, the author discusses the way to the low-carbon life of Hubei Province residents.
