Information Literacy Education and Retrieval Course Construction for University Students Under the Situation of Cultural Power

本文论述了文化强国形势下如何推进大学生信息素养教育与文献检索课程建设。一是提高认识,从国家层面到高校内部加强对信息素养教育的监督与管理。二是积极推进文献检索课教学改革。三是加强图书馆自身建设,让图书馆真正成为大学生信息素养教育的主阵地。

This paper demonstrates how to advance the information literacy education and retrieval course construction for university students under the situation of cultural power.First,it suggests to strengthen supervision and administration of information literacy education from the national level;second,the university should promote teaching reform of literature retrieval;and then it suggests the library strengthen itself to be the main base of information literacy education for the university students.
