摘要
在机械加工中,对于几何公差要求较高的长工件两端面的加工非常困难。一般机床设备加工长度不够,若分二次装夹调头加工,则达不到图样规定要求,因而只能采用大型设备一次性装夹完成两端面加工。本文介绍一种自制专用机床,解决一次性装夹精加工长工件两端面的难题,可达到为企业节能增效的目的。
In machining, high geometrical tolerance at both ends of a long workpiece is required, the processing is very difficult. General machine tools machining length is not enough, second clamping U-turn machining requirements are less than the drawings. Thus only a one-time large scale equipment was used to complete both ends of the clamping surface pro- cessing. This paper described a self-made special machine, which can solve the workpieces clamping of the problem at both ends. Energy efficiency for the enterprise can ben increased.
