摘要
在30CrMnSi表面进行了Ni-25粉末的激光熔覆试验。在保持保护气体流量不变的情况下,通过改变激光的功率和扫描速度,进行不同工艺条件下的单道激光熔覆试验。试验表明,当激光功率为1 500W,扫描速度为7mm/s时,熔覆层金相组织细小且无裂纹。
Laser cladding Ni-25 powder on the surface of 30CrMnSi was studied in this paper. On the condition of maintaining the protecting gas flow, changing the laser power, and scanning speed,different processes were carried out under the single-channel cladding. By means of experiment, the best laser cladding processing factors can be gotten,that is the laser power is 1 500 W, scanning speed is 7 mm/s, and there are no cracks in the laser cladding layer.
