摘要
热轧带肋钢筋是工程结构最主要材料之一,主要用于建筑、铁道、桥梁、公路及水电等行业。论述了22mm规格HRB400热轧带肋钢筋的加热、轧制和冷却等工艺,对微氮合金生产的HRB400热轧带肋钢筋屈服强度不合格样品了进行分析,检验了其化学成分及物理性能。结合金相组织以及析出相扫描电镜分析,找出了屈服强度不合格的主要影响因素是终轧温度过高、化学成分控制不精确以及析出物不均匀等原因。
Hot rolled ribbed steel bars are one of the most important materials of project. It were used in building, railway and so on. In this paper, the samples of unqualified strength of micro nalloy HRB400 Hot Rolled Ribbed Steel Bars were researched. According to the microstructure and SEM analysis, main reasons of unqualified yield strength are high fin- ishing temperature, imprecise chemical composition and uneven precipitate.
