高频振荡节律的起源、定位及其意义 被引量:1

摘要 高频振荡节律(HFOs)反映了神经元的同步化活动。在80~200Hz范围内的HFO被称为"ripples",可视为一种正常的HFOs;超过200Hz以上的频率的HFOs,多被认为是一种病理性高频振荡(pHFOs),其中频率范围为250~600Hz,称为"fast ripples(FRS)",由神经元高度同步化放电引起;而通过运用10kHz的采样频率进行硬膜下电极记录,可以发现高达1000~2500Hz频率范围的极高频振荡波,被称之为VHFO,其发生与神经元的非同步化放电密切相关。现就以上几种类型的HFOs的起源、定位及其意义进行文献综述。
