自拟“紫草地黄地榆汤”治疗阴虚型、气阴两虚型IgA肾病33例临床观察

Clinical Study on Self-design ZiCao DiHuang DiYuTang in Treating IgA Nephropathy of Yin Deficiency Type and Dual Deficiency Type of Qi and Yin: A Report of 33 Cases

目的:观察自拟"紫草地黄地榆汤"配合ACEI(苯那普利)西药常规治疗阴虚型、气阴两虚型IgA肾病的疗效。方法:治疗组33例,应用自拟中药方"紫草地黄地榆汤"配合西药常规治疗;对照组33例,单纯西药常规治疗,3个月后观察疗效、尿蛋白、血尿、肾功能及免疫指标等变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为84.85%,对照组为57.58%,2组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,尿蛋白、尿红细胞明显下降(P<0.05),血IgA明显下降(P<0.01),而BUN、SCr、IgG无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:自拟"紫草地黄地榆汤"配合ACEI西药常规治疗IgA肾病,不仅能明显提高临床疗效,减少血尿、尿蛋白,同时具有降低IgA肾病患者血清IgA的作用。

Objective： To explore curative effects of self-design ZiCao DiHuang DiYuTo：ng, ACEI （benazepril） combined with conventional western medicine in treating IgA nephropathy, the most common types which include Yin deficiency and dual deficiency of Qi and Yin. Method： Thirty-three cases of treatment group received self-design ZiCao DiHuang DiYuTang and western medicine; control group accepted conventional western medicine. Changes of immune index, renal function, proteinuria, hematuria as well as curative effect were observed after three months. Result： Total effective rate of treatment group was 84.85%, higher than 57.58% of control group with remarkable difference （/）〈0.05）. Compared with control group after the treatment, proteinuria and urinary erythrocyte lowered obviously （P〈 0.05）, IgA in the blood decreased remarkably （P〈0.01）; while comparisons of BUN, Scr and IgG suggested no notable difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Self-design ZiCao DiHuang DiYuTang, ACEI combined with conventional western medicine in treating IgA nephropathy not only can improve clinical effect obviously, reduce hematuria and proteinuria, but also could lower serum IgA of the patients.
