摘要
目的:建立同时测定复方丹参片中源于丹参药材的6种活性成分含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:采用VP-ODS C18柱进行分离(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm,Shimadzu,Japan);流动相采用1%醋酸(A)和乙腈(B)二元梯度系统;采集波长:263 nm;柱温:40℃;流速:1.0 mL/min。结果:6种活性成分在所建浓度范围内线性关系良好r,2均大于0.999;方法精密度RSD小于4.12%;平均加样回收率均大于98.00%。结论:所建高效液相色谱方法可对复方丹参片中6种活性成分进行含量测定。
Objective: To establish HPLC methods for content determination of six kinds of active ingredients in compound DanShen tablets simultaneously. Method: Separated with VP-ODS C18 column (4.6 mm×150mm, 5μm, Shimadzu, Japan); the mobile phase was 1% acetic acid (A)-accetonitrile (B) with gradient elution; detection wavelength: 263nm; column temperature: 40℃ ; flow rate: 1.0 mL/min. Result: Concentrations of six kinds of active ingredients indicated good linear relationships, r2 〉0.999; RSD 〈4.12%; the average recoveries were all higher than 98%. Conclusion: HPLC methods can be used to determine contents of six kinds of active ingredients in compound DanShen tablets.
