稳心颗粒联合辛伐他汀治疗冠心病心律失常30例

WenXin Granules and Simvastatin in Treating 30 Cases of Arrhythmia of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:观察稳心颗粒联合辛伐他汀治疗冠心病心律失常的临床疗效。方法:将60例冠心病心律失常患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组给予辛伐他汀治疗,40 mg/次,1次/d。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予稳心颗粒,1袋/次(9 g),3次/d,温开水冲服。2组均以治疗1周为1个疗程,治疗6个疗程后观察2组用药前后动态心电图、临床症状、体征(包括心率、心律、血压等)及血脂变化情况。结果:总有效率观察组为96.67%,对照组为80.00%。观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C比较,差异显著(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),而HDL-C较治疗前升高。结论:稳心颗粒联合辛伐他汀治疗冠心病心律失常疗效显著,安全性好。

Objective： To find out clinical effects of WenXin granules and simvastatin in the treatment of arrhythmia of coronary heart disease. Method： Sixty patients were randomly assigned into observation group and control group, 30 cases each group. Control group were given with simvastafin, 40rag each time, once per day. Observation group received WenXin granules, one package each time, three times per day, took after mixing it with lukewarm water. One course of treatment was one week, changes of ECG, clinical symptoms, body signs （including heart rate, rhythm of the heart, blood pressure and others） and blood fat before and after the treatment were observed after six courses of treatment. Result： Total effective rate of observation group was 96.67%, obviously higher than 80.00% of control group （P〈0.05）. Comparisons ofTC, TG and LDL-C of both groups showed remarkable differences （P〈0.05）, TC, TG and LDL-C of observation group after treatment were lower than that before treatment while HDL-C was higher than that before the treatment. Conclusion： WenXin granule and simvastatin in treating arrhythmia of coronary heart disease show remarkable effects and good safety.
