中西医结合护理甲型H1N1流感患者56例体会

Experience on Nursing of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for 56 Patients with Influenza A of H1N1

总结2009年9月1日至2009年12月31日白银市中西医结合医院传染科收治的56例甲型H1N1流感患者的临床护理经验,针对甲型H1N1流感提出如下护理重点:隔离、消毒、病情观察、高热的护理、生活护理、饮食护理、中药汤剂的煎服法、心理护理等,以期为甲型H1N1流感临床护理提供参考。

Clinical nursing experience of 56 patients with influenza A of H1N1 admitted to infection department of Baiyin hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine from September 1 st, 2009 to December 31 st, 2009 are summed up. The keys of nursing to influenza A of H1N1 are put forward to provide reference for clinical nursing of influenza A of H1N1, which include： isolation, sterilization, condition observation, hyperpyrexia nursing, life nursing, diet nursing, decocting method and administration, psychological nursing and others.
