The operation mechanism of a postgraduate training program is an open system composed of external coordination and internal operation,supported by subsystems for planning,program formulation,monitoring and quality evaluation,and characterized by their integration,relevance,adaptability and purposefulness.A system diagram of the operation mechanism is produced according to a theoretical analysis and a discussion made about its effective implementation.
