民办高校行政管理存在的问题及其对策

On Problems of Public Administration in Private Colleges and Its Countermeasures

针对目前民办高校行政管理工作存在的诸多问题,认为可以从转变思想观念、合理设置机构、树立行政效率观念、多渠道提高福利待遇、强化人力资源开发等方面去着手解决。

Aiming at the problems of public administration in private colleges, this paper regards that these problems could be solved by means of changing the concept, setting up reasonable agencies and concept of administrative efficiency, raising welfare treatment with multi - channels and strengthening development of human resources.
