高校师生健康的生态学模型分析与“大健康”促进 被引量:11

摘要 以当前高校教师健康和学生体质水平呈"并驾齐驱"式下降现状为出发点,以行为学和健康促进的生态学模型为分析视角,探讨影响高校师生健康的生态学因素。结果表明:高校健康促进的外部生态环境较差是影响高校师生健康问题的共同原因,主要表现为外部系统之体育文化张力不够,影响师生体育参与信念的形成与执行;加强高校体育文化张力,增加体育基础设施,以"大健康"的视角去统筹和管理学校师生的健康信息和行为是解决当前问题的关键。 From the current status quo as a starting point that college teachers health and students' physical fitness level was " neck and neck" decline , the healthy ecological factors were explored by perspective of behavior and health ecology model. The result was that the poor ecological environment of health promotion was common reasons that impacted health of teachers and students in university and college, mainly the sports cultural tension of the external system was not enough, resulting in the teacher and student sports participation in lower level; it was a source of solutions to solve current problems by strengthe- ning the tension of college sports culture, increasing physical facilities, and coordinate managed health information and behav- ior of teachers student from the perspective of the "big health" .
