摘要 采用文献资料、理论分析、访谈等研究方法,以高校体育教师个体为研究对象,基于知识转移过程理论,通过梳理和深入剖析知识转移过程,试图对体育教师知识转移内在规律及应用进行探讨。结果表明:高校体育教师在知识转移过程中包含四个阶段,分别为发送获取、学习沟通、应用甄别和留存内化,每个阶段的任务和知识转移方式均有不同;高校体育教师在知识转移过程中遵循需求牵引力、距离最小律、环境推动律和互动发展律。 By the ways of document consultation, theory analysis and interview method, through carding and analyzing the process of knowledge transferring, the author chooses P.E. teachers in college as objects of study in order to probe into the in- herent laws of knowledge transferring based on the theory of knowledge transferring process. The results are as follows: Knowl- edge transferring of P. E. teachers in college includes four stages: sending and requirement, study and communication, appli- cation and examination, preservation and internalization. Every stage has different mode and mission; the object laws of knowledge transferring are law of traction by requirement, law of minimum distance, law of promoting by environment and law of interactive development.
