摘要
在假设体育事业中存在主体的基础上,从国家法律法规规定、我国社会发展的客观需要及实现体育强国战略目标的客观需要3个方面,对群众体育的主体地位进行了分析。随后从政策实施主体、保障条件和实施客体层面剖析了难以实现这个主体地位的原因。最后,从政策实施主体、保障条件和实施客体层面提出了实现群众体育主体地位的对策。
The paper explains the public sports is the main part of sports from Chinese law, social development and realizing sports power, then analyzing the difficulty of realizing public sports main part from the three aspects. We must eliminate these aspects.
