摘要
本文首先对图像质量的准确评价作了简要介绍,随后提出了基于SVM和GA的三维图像质量评价方法以及解决方案。在解决方案中重点阐述了要解决的关键性问题和解决的技术路线。
Firstly, the accurate evaluation of image quality are briefly introduced, followed by three - dimensional image quality assessment methods and solutions based on SVM and GA. Then it focuses on the technology roadmap of the key issues to be addressed and resolved in the solution.
