摘要
莱钢冷轧薄板主要生产0.15mm-0.3mm的板带产品,主要应用在汽车、家电、罐头、通讯器材等企业,在薄板生产过程中板型控制是关系到板带产品质量优劣的重要环节,本厂两套轧机均使用ABB板型仪进行板型控制,文章中主要对板型仪的控制系统进行分析与研究。
Laiwu Steel mainly produces cold-rolled sheet of 0.15mm-0.3mm strip products, such as used in automobiles, appliances, canned foods, communication equipments and other enterprises. Plate type control is the important link related to the product quality in the thin plate product process. Two mills in Laiwu steel use ABB plate type instruments to control plate. This paper analyses and researches the control system of plate type instruments.
