摘要
张家口供电公司万全500 kV变电站5032开关系沈阳高压开关厂2001年生产的LW12-500型SF6断路器。2007年10月1日,5032开关B、C相出现打压频繁现象,在低温时现象更加明显。经分析认为,温度变化引起液压油及氮气体积相对变化,储压筒活塞运行不畅是造成打压频繁的主要原因,并最终做出了此类设备缺陷不影响设备安全运行的结论。
5023 switch at 500 kV Wanquan Substation of Zhangjiakou Power Supply Company is LW12-500 SF6 circuit breaker made by Shenyang High Voltage Switch Factory in year 2001. 5023 switch's B and C phase had frequent bulging problem on Oct. 1,2007. It was more obvious in lower temperature. Temperature change caused volume of hydraulic oil and nitrogen varying. Piston in pressure storage cylinder could not move freely ,which was the main reason for frequent bulging. The conclusion shows that this kind of equipment deficiency will not affect equipment safety running.
