摘要
根据邯钢高炉冶炼的原料条件,对高炉原料的还原粉化性能、还原性能、热爆裂性能、膨胀性能及高温熔滴等冶金性能进行了试验研究。在此基础上,针对入炉综合炉料进行了多组高温熔滴性能试验,调整入炉原料的不同配加比例,掌握其高温性能的优劣,并据此优化原料结构、指导生产。
Based on the raw material condition of blast furnace smelting in Han Steel, it is tested and researched the metallurgical properties of raw material of blast furnace.- reducing powdering, reduction, thermal decrepitation, dilatation and high- temperature molten drop. Based on that it is conducted the many groups of high - temperature molten drop test for the comprehensive charge into the furnace, adjusted the proportion ratio of into - furnace raw material and so concluded their different advantages and disadvantages in high - temperature property. All those can optimize raw material composition and guide the production.
