热轧高压水除鳞是利用水的急冷,使板坯表面氧化铁皮产生龟裂,进而依靠高压水产生的打击力去除板坯表面的氧化铁皮。介绍了邯钢2 250 mm热轧生产线中高压水除鳞系统的主要设备结构、工作原理及技术参数。高压水除鳞技术的应用为邯钢生产高质量的板带产品奠定了基础。
