半导体激光气体分析仪在转炉煤气回收中的应用

摘要 分析了石钢公司转炉炼钢厂煤气磁氧分析仪故障频发的原因是设备老化问题。提出采用半导体激光分析仪,利用激光能量被气体分子"选频"吸收形成吸收光谱的原理,测量被测气体浓度,判断煤气回收条件,指导炼钢生产。项目运行半年来,分析仪未出现故障,煤气回收时间较改造前延长了40 s,提高了煤气回收量,经济效益可观,同时减轻了维护、检修劳动强度。 It is analyzed that equipment being aging is the reason of frequent breakdown of gas paramagnetic oxygen analyzer in Converter Steelworks of Shi Steel. It is proposed to use semi - conductor laser analyzer, in which laser energy is absorbed by air molecular " in some frequency" and forms absorption spectrum, to measure air concentration, judge gas recovery condition and guide steel- making production. Since the project put into use half years ago there was no breakdown occurred, the gas recovery time has been longer by 40 seconds than before, the gas recovery quantity increased, relative economic profit got, and maintenance labor strength reduced.
