摘要
热轧生产线活套动作由跟踪系统来控制。控制系统的跟踪修正是由实际的轧机咬钢和抛钢信号来触发;由于轧机标定的原因,在轧制极薄规格时,下游机架设定辊缝较小,造成实际辊缝已经压靠并产生轧制力。而轧制力的触发修正了带钢头部的位置,致使上游活套上抬以达到控制机架间恒张力的作用,一旦咬钢信号建立有误,势必造成轧制事故,所以机架咬钢信号判断依据的给定至关重要;首钢京唐钢铁公司热轧生产线提出了依据本架轧机实际轧制力与压靠力的差值来判断是否咬钢,实际应用后保证了生产线的稳定运行。
The activity of loop in hot - rolling line is controlled by tracing system, whereas the latter is con- trolled by steel - biting and - throwing signals from roiling mill. Because of mill calibration, the set roll gap of downstream stands is relative small in rolling extremely thin sheet steel and the actual gap is zero and roll- ing load formed. In the above situation the rolling load will trigger and correct the location of head of strip steel, and consequently move the loop and forms a wrong steel - biting signal and brings about a rolling breakdown. In the hot - rolling line of Jitang Iron and Steel Company to judge steel - biting is according to the difference between the actual rolling load of this stand and the pressing force. It guarantees the production line steady operated after applied.
