介绍了邯钢远程计量系统将电视监控、音频、视频传输技术、计算机网络技术、射频IC卡、门禁系统和已有的物流管理系统完整集成。建立了集图像、声音、数据、现场设备控制于一体的远程称重控制系统,实现了集中计量、远程控制,即时通讯,计量任务随机分配,保证了系统的实用性和高效性。系统投运后,对提高邯钢物资计量的自动化水平、降本增效、精细化管理有着深远的意义,在同行业中具有广泛地推广价值。

The remote metering system of Han Steel is introduced. It totally integrates together the TV supervi- sion, audio and video transferring technique, computer network technique, radio frequency IC card, access control system and the existing logistics management system. A remote weighing control system is build in- tegrating together picture, video, data and site control equipments, realizes concentrating measurement, re mote control, instant messaging, random distributing measuring task, and guarantees practicality and high - efficiency of the system. Being put into operation it has a future significance to raising automatic level of sub- stance measuring, reducing cost, increasing profit and fine management.
