摘要
从经济效益和环境效益的角度,分析了河北某钢铁公司落实政府"退城入园"政策,迁至城郊的冶金工业园后,利用园区内的公辅设施对加热炉燃气实施清洁化改造,既节约了生产成本,又提高了企业的盈利能力,同时改善了项目周边空气质量,做到了经济效益和环境效益的双赢。
Some iron and steel business of Hebei carried out the policy of ＂ away city and into industrial park＂ of government and moved to the metallurgical industrial park at suburbs. It is analyzed the economic and en- vironment profit for this movement： a non - pollution reformation for gas of heating furnace is conducted uti- lizing the public and auxiliary facilities in the park and it not only saves production cost and raises the profit ability of business but also improves the air quality around.
