摘要
作业标准化是在对作业系统调查分析的基础上,将现行作业方法的每一操作程序和每一动作进行分解,以科学技术、规章制度和实践经验为依据,以安全、质量、效益为目标,对作业过程进行改善,从而形成一种优化的作业程序,逐步达到安全、准确、省力的作业效果。宣钢公司将作业标准化应用到钢产品质量检验中,从人员、流程、方法、条件等四个方面进行标准化管理,质量检验整体管理水平得到全面提升。
It is explained the job standardization： based on investigation and analysis of work system, divide the present work method to every single operation program and movement; in accordance with science and technique, rules and regulations and practical experiences, taking safety, quality and profit as target, improve the work process to form an optimized work program, gradually get a safe, accurate and labor - saving work effect. The job standardization is applied in quality testing of steel products in Xuan Steel, standardization management is conducted in the ways of staffs, flow, method and condition, the management level gets fully improved.
