摘要
目的探讨趋化因子受体CXCR7在急性白血病中的表达及意义。方法应用流式细胞术检测急性白血病组、对照组骨髓细胞表面CXCR7的表达。结果实验组骨髓细胞表面CXCR7的相对荧光强度(56.40±16.29)高于对照组(20.54±9.35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);急性淋巴细胞白血病组CXCR7的相对荧光强度(69.22±12.49)高于急性非淋巴细胞白血病组(47.16±11.90),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);髓外浸润组CXCR7的表达(59.65±16.00)高于非髓外浸润组(48.01±14.45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);复发组、初诊组CXCR7的表达均高于部分缓解、完全缓解组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者CXCR7的表达与骨髓幼稚细胞百分比呈正相关关系,相关系数为0.56(P<0.01)。结论趋化因子受体CXCR7在急性白血病中高表达,可能与白血病的发生、浸润等有关。
Objective To study the expression and significance of chemokine receptor CXCR7 in acute leukemia.Methods The expression of CXCR7 on bone marrow cell surface in the acute leukemia group and the control group was measured by flow cytometry.Results The relative fluorescence intensity of CXCR7 in the acute leukemia group was significantly higher than that in control group(P0.05).The relative fluorescence in intensity of CXCR7 in acute lymphoblastic leukemia group was significantly higher than that in acute non-lymphocytic leukemia group(P0.05).The expression of CXCR7 in extramedullary infiltration group was significantly higher than that in non-extramedulllary group(P0.05).The expression of CXCR7 in patients with recurrent diseases and newly diagnosed patients were significantly higher than that in patients experienced partial remission and complete remission(P0.05).The expression of CXCR7 in acute leukemia group was positive correlated with the percentage of marrow blasts,and the correlation coefficient was 0.56(P0.01).Conclusion Chemokine receptor CXCR7 is highly expressed in acute leukemia,which may be related to acute leukemia and infiltration.
