阴茎包皮瘘道诊治分析

Diagnosis and Treatment of Phallic Wrapping Fistula

目的探讨阴茎包皮瘘道的病因及治疗方法。方法分析1996年1月—2011年6月在本院诊治的11例男性阴茎包皮瘘道临床资料,均行包皮环切+同期瘘道切除。结果 11例术中见包皮腹侧内口下方与其相连处有条索状瘘道,瘘道在阴茎浅筋膜内,未穿透阴茎筋膜。术后8 d拆线,切口甲级愈合。随访14个月,无复发及恶变,排尿、勃起功能均正常。结论包皮过长或包茎伴反复感染及系带脚处凹陷等可能是包皮瘘道的主要发病原因。包皮环切+同期瘘道切除术可治愈阴茎包皮瘘道。

Objective To investigate the etiology and treatment of phallic wrapping fistula.Methods Clinical data of 11 cases with phallic wrapping fistula treated in our hospital from January 1996 to June 2011 were analyzed.All the patients were given wrapping cut and fistula resection.Results All patients had funicular fistula within the inner opening of wrappings.These fistulas were located in the superficial penile fascia but did not go through the penile fascia.The stitches were removed after 8 days,and all operative incisions were healed in class A level.The 11 cases were followed up for 14 months and no recurrence and malignant transformation happened.All patients had normal urination and erectile function.Conclusion Redundant prepuce or phimosis with repeated infection and the sinking of frenulum of prepuce foot may be the main reasons of fistula.Circumcision and fistula can cure the phallic wrapping fistula.
