Emergency Treatment of Four Cases with Cardiac Arrest in A University

通过学习心肺复苏现场急救与"生存链"五环节实用简化流程,总结分析近年来我院在实践工作中抢救4例心搏骤停患者的得失,进而加深对现代急救医学新概念的理解,并得出现场急救"五早"环环相扣。专业医务人员应确保心肺复苏术(CPR)的高质量,非专业人员亦应学习和接受CPR教育,全社会共同构建突发性卫生事件的救护体系,使更多的危重病患者有接受进一步治疗的时间和机会。

The gains and loses of rescue of 4 cardiac arrest patients in Hospital of Chongqing University of Science and Technology in recent years were summarized by reviewing field first aid of cardiopulmonary resuscitation（CPR） and the practical simplified flowsheet of 5 ring-joints of ＂chains of survival＂,to deepen understanding of new concept of modern emergency medicine and make ＂5E＂ of first-aid interlock.Medical professionals should ensure the quality of CPR,CPR education popularized in non-professionals.Thus the whole society could build first-aid systems of unexpected incidents of public health,to provide severe patients with more time and chances of receiving further treatment.
