超长冷弯钢板桩的沉桩理论分析与工程实践 被引量:2

摘要 为解决超长冷弯钢板桩沉桩困难、易扭曲变形等问题,在理论分析的基础上推导了自重作用下细长桩的最大稳定直立长度计算公式和桩体可承受的激振力公式,为超长钢板桩的施工工艺选择提供理论依据,并在某修船坞围堰工程冷弯钢板桩施工中得到验证。解决了冷弯钢板桩易变形扭曲沉桩困难等问题,提高了工作效率。 To solve the problems in driving of long cold-formed steel sheet piles such as difficulties in pile driving and easy distortion and deformation of piles, this paper derives, on the basis of theoretical analysis, a formula to calculate the maximum vertical length of a slender piles under its own weight and a formula to calculate the exciting force that a pile can withstand, which provides theoretical basis for selection of construction process for extra-long steel sheet piles and which has been veri- fied in the construction of a cofferdam for a ship-repairing dock. The problems in driving of long cold-formed steel sheet piles was then solved the problems and the working efficiency was improved.
