摘要 钢管混凝土拱桥近20 a在我国应用广泛,但对管内混凝土的研究还远远不足。针对营口仙人岛标志性景观工程钢管拱桥桥型特点和混凝土性能的要求进行系统研究,配制了低坍落度损失、自密实、补偿收缩高性能混凝土,并采用4个进灰口同时倒灌顶升泵送的新施工方法,实施效果良好。 Concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge is widely applied in engineering construction of China in the past two decades. However the research about it is still not enough. In the construction process of the landmark building at Xianren island in Yingkou Port, high performance concrete of self-compacting, shrinkage compensating and lower slump loss was prepared and a new construction method of lift-up pumping and pouring the concrete from four inlets at the same time was used according to the characteristics of the concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge and the performance requirements of concrete for the bridge, which were systematic studied in the paper. The engineering practice has proved that the technology was successful.
