尺寸工程在白车身制造过程中的应用

Research on Dimension Engineering in the Body-in-white's Manufacturing

分析国内外尺寸工程的发展情况,利用尺寸链计算及公差分析软件对某车型开发过程中白车身零部件尺寸链进行合理的设计与分析计算。计算结果表明:原设计存在较大偏差,不能满足精度要求,运用尺寸工程分析计算并优化后的参数则符合条件,可实现提高车身的结构和工艺设计质量的目标。

The quality of Body-in-white affects the quality of the vehicle, so the precision of Body-in- white has became a main index about the quality of the vehicle. After researching the development of dimension engineering in the domestic and international field, this article used a software to make a reasonable design and analysis of the calculation for a model development and the body part. The re- sults showed that the original design has a relatively large deviation and cannot meet the requirements of the structure, while the optimized is eligible. According to the consequence of test, we come to the conclusion that we can enhance the structure and the process design of quality objectives by using the dimension engineering.
