摘要
比较赶黄草超微粉袋泡型饮片与赶黄草粗粉袋泡型饮片有效成分———总黄酮溶出率高低。用50%乙醇超声提取后,采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长510nm,测定赶黄草超微粉袋泡型饮片和赶黄草粗粉袋泡型饮片总黄酮含量。结果:超微粉袋泡型饮片溶出总黄酮含量高于粗粉袋泡型饮片44.31%。超微粉碎工艺能提高赶黄草超微粉袋泡型饮片中总黄酮的溶出率。
A comparison of the dissolution rate of total flavonoids as an active ingredient is made between bag-contained drinkable ultrafine Penthorum chinense Pursh powder and bag-contained drinkable coarse Penthorum chinense Pursh powder. After ultrasonic extraction with 50% ethanol (V/V), perform UV spectrophotometry to determine the wavelength. The wavelength is tested to be 510nm. After that, determine the total flavonoids contained in bag-contained drinkable ultrafine Penthorum chinense Pursh powder and in bag-contained drinkable coarse Penthorum chinense Pursh powder, respectively. The results show that bag-contained drinkable ultrafine Penthorum chinense Pursh powder contains 44.31% more total flavonoids than bag-contained drinkable coarse Penthorum chinense Pursh powder. Ultrafine pulverization technology can improve the dissolution rate of total flavonoids contained in bag-contained drinkable ultrafine Penthorum chinense Pursh powder.
