高水平女子运动员大负荷训练期间免疫机能的变化

摘要 目的:探讨高校高水平女子运动员四周大负荷训练期间免疫机能的变化。方法:以南京中医药大学八名高水平女子武术运动员为研究对象,进行为期四周的大负荷训练。结果:大负荷训练期间,第二周CD4、CD4/CD8水平比训练前明显升高(P<0.05),第三周CD4、CD4/CD8水平比第二周明显下降(P<0.05),训练后的CD4、CD4/CD8水平比训练前明显下降(P<0.05),比第二周显著下降(P<0.01),CD8水平在整个训练期间出现一些变化,但未见显著性差异(P>0.05)。IgG、IgA和IgM均呈一个下降趋势,其中,IgG水平训练后比训练前显著性下降(P<0.01),比第二周明显下降(P<0.05),IgA水平训练后比训练前明显下降(P<0.05),IgM水平在整个大负荷训练期间未见显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:大负荷训练引起女子运动员的CD4、CD4/CD8比值、IgG、IgA水平明显下降,在运动训练过程中可综合运用CD4/CD8比值对女子运动员大负荷训练期机能变化进行监控。 Objective:To explore the change of immune function of University High Level of Female Athletes during Four Weeks heavy load training. Methods: The subjects of this experiment are 8 femal Wu Su players of Nanjing University of traditional Chinese medicine . At the same time, blood samples were drawn the second week, the third week, before and after 4-week heavy load training. The percentage of lymphocyte subpopula- tions, IgG, IgA and IgM were determined. Results: During heavy load training, CD4% and CD4/CD8 ratio of the 2nd week had significant increase compared with that of before 4-week heavy load training ( P 〈 0.05 ). CD4% and CD4/CD8 ratio of the 3rd week had significant decrease compared with that of the 2nd week ( P 〈 0.05 ). CD4% and CD4/CD8 ratio of the 4th week had significant decrease compared with that of before training ( P 〈 0.05 ). IgG of the 4th week had significant decrease compared with that of before training ( P 〈 0.05 ) and had much significant decrease compared with that of the 2nd week ( P 〈 0.01 ). IgA of the 4th week had significant decrease compared with that of before training ( P 〈 0.05 ). IgM had no significant change during 4-week heavy load training ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : The heavy load training may result in significant decrease of CD4, CD4/CD8 ratio, IgG and IgA. During the heavy load training, CD4/CD8 ratio can be used for femal athlete' s body function monitoring.
