摘要
目的:观察饮茶和参加太极运动锻炼联合干预对老年人身体成分和血脂水平的影响,探讨饮茶与参加太极运动联合干预在减肥降脂方面的协同作用。方法:将刚刚加入吕梁市太极协会的128名老年人(之前未进行过太极锻炼)分为饮茶组与非饮茶组,进行太极运动锻炼干预。锻炼前分别采用生物电阻抗法测量体成分,全自动生化分析仪测定血脂指标,10周后复测。结果:饮茶组和不饮茶组老年人太极运动干预前后体脂百分比、血脂六项均有显著变化,且饮茶组效果好于不饮茶组(P<0.05),参加太极运动和饮茶在减肥降血脂方面具有叠加效应。结论:饮茶与参加太极运动联合干预在改善老年人身体成分和血脂水平方面具有协同作用。
To explore the elderly serum six lipid , Tai Ji exercise and moderate tea intervention influence on six lipid. Method :To just joining Lv liang City Tai Ji Association member 128 (not previously conducted exercises) for 10 weeks, Tai Ji exercise, using the bioelectrical impedance method of percentage body fat, using flow cytometry were measured before and after intervention for lipid determination. Results: Tai Ji exercise before and after the intervention of obesity, blood lipid ratio of six compared to the control group and the tea drinking group had significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ), but the effect of Tai Ji exercise intervention lag of tea polyphenols and Tai Ji exercise superposition.
