嵌入式杯突试验机测控系统设计与实现

摘要 针对目前国内杯突试验机测控系统成本高、功耗大的缺点,提出了一种基于嵌入式的杯突试验机测控系统的设计方案。该方案以S3C2440微处理器为核心并增加了相关外围电路,设计了相关驱动程序并且移植和裁剪了Linux操作系统,使用多线程技术开发应用程序并与SQLite数据库相结合实现了对杯突试验机的控制及试验数据的自动采集、存储与管理。该系统充分发挥了嵌入式系统体积小、功耗低和专用性强的特点,具有较高的应用价值。 Aiming at the shortcomings of high cost and power consumption of domestic cupping testing machine,a design scheme for the measurement and control system of embedded cupping testing machine is proposed in this paper.The scheme takes the microprocessor S3C2440 as a core and adds a related peripheral circuit for the system.A relevant driver was designed,and Linux operating system were transplanted and cut.The multithreading technology is adopted for development of the application program and combined with SQLite data-base to implement the control of cupping testing machine,and automatic collection,storage and management of experimental data.Since the system makes full use of advantages of small size,low power consumption and better speciality of the embedded system,it has a great practical value.
