摘要
在电子装备自动测试系统中,要提高测试结果的准确性,通道校准技术必不可少。在获取通道校准数据之后,将分段三次Hermite插值应用于自动测试系统数据补偿过程中,能在一定程度上减少测试误差。使用该方法处理某电台自动测试系统输出通道校准数据,取得了较好的效果。
In the automatic testing system for electronic equipments,it is essential to improve the accuracy of testing results by the channel calibration technology.After the channel calibration data are collected,the piecewise cubic Hermite interpolation is applied to the process of automatic test system data compensation,and it reduces testing error to some extent.The method has good effects in processing the output channel calibration data from one radio automatic testing system.
